Are you ready for the 2007 changes for contractors and sub-contractors?

In April 2007, HM Revenue & Customs is changing the taxation rules for contractors and sub-contractors, with much of the burden falling onto contractors. To help you understand these changes we have produced a short video demonstration. Read More

Secrets of the Web

What a successful event! More than 50 individual companies made it along to our 'Secrets of the Web' event held at the Chamber of Commerce a couple of weeks ago, keeping our team busy writing and delivering the free Web Marketing Reports for all that joined us.

Due to this success, we are planning to run more such events, so watch this space!

Interactive Control Form a Key Partnership

  • MSDE, SQL or Oracle based links.
  • Full OCR, Index and Template search
  • Web based options
  • Workflow options
  • Audit Trails
  • Full batch processing facilities
  • Integration with Accounting and CRM systems.

Football Fever gets closer!

Contact us now to register for the draw made in June

With the World Cup fast approaching, we are ever closer to giving away our signed Aston Villa shirt worn by Stephan Moore. Dare I mention the recent win over the Blues, no, perhaps I shouldn't, but there must be a Villa supporter out there who would like to own this piece of football nostalgia, or perhaps a Birmingham City supporter who wants to use it for other, less mentionable reasons (isn't football passionate). Either way, email us now sales@interactivecontrol.co.uk if you want a chance of winning the Stephan Moore shirt.

Good Luck!

Customer Service Statement

"We are running a service based business. Without delivering service to meet or hopefully exceed our clients expectations, we would be falling into the same trap that many other sales driven companies have fallen into. Here at Interactive Control, the modus operandi is:-

'serve the customer and the customer will serve us'.

The wise words of Griff Roberts, Support Manager.

Give us a try if you don't believe us. If you are unhappy with your IT support, why not get in touch, what have you got to lose.

Email sales@interactivecontrol.co.uk or phone 0121 260 2600.

Hints and Tips!!

Hoax e-mail Some online banking customers have been receiving emails claiming to be from Barclays bank, Halifax, Natwest and many others, all asking users to confirm their email address by entering their account details, including password and memorable word.

The link contained inside the emails may at first glance appear to be legitimate, but it is a scam to steal users' account details and potentially gain illegal access to accounts. If you receive this or a similar message, you are advised not to reply to it or forward it to your friends and colleagues. The best advice is simply to delete the email.

The Sophos web site provides an extensive list of hoax types including letters from Arafat's widow, and the Nepalese Royal Family, for further information visit: http://www.sophos.com/virusinfo/hoaxes/index_scam.html

Can we mention new Staff again?

Yes, we really are growing, for the fourth month running we are proud to introduce the latest edition to the company – Matt Lowe. Matt brings with him a wealth of experience within the systems support environment and now has full Pegasus Accreditation for support so if you have a support contract with us then I'm sure that you will be dealing with him in due course.

Good luck to Matt!
